Our hands on activities provides students the opportunity to earn valuable experience by working with industry professionals to get an inside look at the careers they aspire to pursue.

Here are the areas we will focus on:

Mentorship/Coaching program- Based on each student and their respective field, talent(s) and knowledge level, we will pair them with a mentor which best suits their career endeavor. This will include:

  • One-on-one meetings with mentor and student once a week

  • Career evaluations

  • Coaching sessions

  • Outside trips related to endeavor of choice

The curriculum for this program will include:

  • Developing their why.

  • Personality trait assessments

  • The importance of Dress for Success

  • How to network 

  • The benefits of personal growth and development

SPRING FASHION SHOW

Our students love fashion and modeling. We connected with celebrity wardrobe stylist Carlton Banks and International models Bri, Charnice and Brock to produce a Fashion Show that showcased exclusive designs from local and international brands! Every aspect of the show was coordinated by the youth from stage production, glam to fashion design.
